The quiet beauty of the night can be alluring, but let's not forget the importance of safety when darkness falls. 👁️‍🗨️

💡 Let's remember some important tips to keep ourselves safe:

1️⃣ Follow your gut: If something seems suspicious or uncomfortable, avoid it and get to a safe place.

2️⃣ Stay up to date: Always share your nightly route with someone you trust, and use your cell phone as a tool to stay connected. Feel free to talk on the phone on the way home with a loved one.

3️⃣ Listen and observe: Pay attention to your surroundings. Our ears can be just as important as our eyes when it comes to spotting potential hazards.

4️⃣ Get a companion: If possible, walk with someone when moving around at night. It provides an extra layer of security.

5️⃣ Have the emergency number ready: Always have your emergency number available and ready to use. Safety comes first!
